Yep, felt tip, it makes it easier to apply. Especially if you do it underneath your eyes, on the lower lids.
felt is the best kind. it's a lot easier to control and put on.
felt tips are much easier to apply.
for me. the best is the felt tip.. easier to pput on generally
get the brush tip.. gives it a more filled intense look
