Your Hair need more nourishment, Try olive oil/ pure mustard oil/Coconut Oil.

In evening apply a good amount of Oil in your hair, spcially in scalp.

It should almost feel that your hair are soaked in Oil.

When it is...................use a towel dipped in hotwater to steam thrice in 15 Minutes.

Leave your hair for an hour and then you can wash.........................but i'd rather suggest go to sleep and wash it next morning.

Repeat this twice a week.

Try this for Just 3 weeks I am very sure the results will be very positive.

Also remember you need to take a very good and balanced diet. Nutrition is best.

If you are non-vegetarian Having fish is a Bliss.

Hope i was helpful.

Your hair doesn't sound very healthy. It probably needs a lot of help. Don't blow-dry it, use volumizing shampoo, and start taking prenatal vitamins every day. They do wonders for your hair.
is it curly?
u need to use less condishiner jeje
have you been dying it a lot? if so, you've probably damaged it. that's how mine is right now.
Your hair is very dried out so when you haven't used conditioner it falls out. just joking I have no idea what i'm talking about. Just go to the salon and ask for HELP. Or maybe your losing your hair. It can happen to women I just saw a commercial for hair loss. JUST joking, well maybe.
people with thinner hair have more hairs per square inch of scalp than people with thicker hairs. everyone loses some number of hairs each day. you have more hair, so losing what seems like a lot isn't unusual. you have more to lose and you'll grow more to replace it as it comes out.

unless you've had a big radiation dosage, have a serious dietary nutrition problem or some other type of illness, the hair loss is normal.
Everyone loses between 40 and 120 strands of hair a day. It's normal.
