The only store where I have seen Touch and Brush is a place called ';As Seen on TV.'; It's one of those stores in the mall that carry all the items you've seen on infomercials. If there is one in your area, check it out.
Otherwise, call the customer service number for Touch and Brush, and see if there is a store near you that carries it. That number is (203) 567-1131, and they are open 9 to 5 Eastern Time, M-F.
If you have to order online, do not order directly from the company, because it is more expensive that way, and they charge for shipping. Go instead to amazon.com:
