Your problem may be with your stomach. Do you get heartburn or sour stomach? Do you have diabetes? You may have acid reflux disease, or you might be burning fat and be acidotic. There are several options here: 1) a tongue scraper, to remove any bacteria or dirt on the tongue, 2) a good mouthwash to freshen the breath 3) flossing and 4) visit the dentist! Yes I know I mentioned the unmentionable but as not alot of people know this, most bad breath problems can originate from infection. You could have a gum infection whereby food is unwittingly trapped, the treatment is simply a teeth clean and a course of antibiotics, i would certainly recommend this course of action if you have any discomfort as this is the most likely cause. p.s. Prevention really is better than cure, better to go now and get a teeth clean than to go in 6months time for more evasive treatment.! Good luck
try the tongue cleaner which can be bought in your local drugstore or beauty shop... sometimes mouth odor can be a result of not cleaning your tongue... imagine the food that pass through your tongue...maybe your tongue should be clean with tongue cleaner...

you can use the spoon if you dint have tongue cleaner... you could use the spoon to clean your tongue...try it... it just like you lick the spoon like licking a lollipop
You can mix a cap full of peroxide with 4 ounces of water and rinse as you would with mouth wash. The bubbling action of the peroxide gets deeper between teeth and gets rid of more bacteria and food. Also, brushing and cleaning your tongue will help.
