In Okami how do i find the 13th brush technique?

in the room off to the side it shows a pattern on the floor... the pattern should have 3 wheels each with a slot in it, memorize the position of each slot.





now go back to the thing with the 3 wheels in reality... the left side should be frozen unfreeze it using inferno... a lever like object should reveal itself





Finally use the mist technique to slow down the wheels... when the eye on the wheel is in the same position as it was on the picture then power slash the lever (note that slashing the lever only stops one wheel so you have to do it three times)when all three wheels are stopped in the correct postion you should get the final techIn Okami how do i find the 13th brush technique?
The 13th, and final, Brush Technique is found in the Wawku Shrine in the Kamui (Ezofuji) area. After you've shut off a machine that creates snow/ice, you will learn this technique.
