umm yeah...your teeth just contain plaque but your tongue carries all the germs from food and air....thats a lot of germs

Brushing your tongue definitely further helps to reduce odor in your mouth. It's even better to use a tongue scraper, which you can buy in any local drug store/pharmacy.
